Allow customers to place themselves on the waiting list
When a customer comes into your place of business or, optionally, from their own homes, they can place themselves onto the waiting list via a simple web-based signup page.
This signup page can be configured to capture any information you like. If you only need their first and last names, you can set it to only prompt them for that information. If you want to capture more information, such as their email address, home address, phone number, cell number or anything else, you can also set it to prompt for that information.
All information entered by the customer is saved for you in a database that you can access at any time. The system makes it simple for you to view all of your customer data or export it to Excel at any time.

Alert your customers when they are near the front of the line
If you prompted your customers for their cell phone number, you can send them a text message with one click to let them know they are close to the front of the line. You can also use pagers if you like. This alert system allows your customers to shop or do other activities while they are waiting.
Display the next 5 people in line
You can optionally display the next 5 (or as many as you like) customers in line, including the customer you are currently serving. This would require a monitor - any computer monitor will work. The display automatically refreshes every 30 seconds.
