MessageRover is phone message databasing system that allows you to access phone messages from anywhere. It is commonly used if you have a receptionist
or use an answering service to take your call. The person answering the calls types the message into your MessageRover account. You immediately
receive an email and/or a text message informing you of the message. When you log into MessageRover, you can search, sort, or export your messages
and your callers' information.
Virtual Assistant Manager
Virtual Assistant Manager was designed to improve the ability for virtual assistants to work with clients. The system tracks all tasks, time worked on tasks,
all communication between the client and the virtual assistant, and more. The system works for individual virtual assistants, virtual assistant companies,
staffing agencies, and call centers.

Our Roots
Our company was founded in 2001 in Scottsdale, Arizona by Bob La Loggia and Chuck Ritter. Both Bob and Chuck
worked for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) prior to starting the company. The company's first product was Appointment-Plus. Appointment-Plus
is still the company's flagship product and is recognized as one of the top online appointment systems available. The company evolved from being a
web site development and hosting company to being solely a web-based software development firm. The company is now in multiple countries and serves some of
the top companies and institutions in the world, including Pepsi, Nissan, Harvard, USC and many others.
Where Next?
We've come a long way since we began, and we're just picking up steam. We will continue to search out underserved areas and develop helpful software systems
to help people work and live more efficiently. With a combination of a super team and truly enjoying what we do, the sky is the limit. As they say, we've only just begun.
