Rose Tree Soccer Club in Media, Pa., provides a full range of soccer-related activities for boys, girls and adults living in the Rose Tree Media School District community. Participating coaches and teams can reserve playing fields, gyms and other facilities (both indoor and outdoor) for their games, scrimmages and practices. Depending on availability and time of year, the club typically schedules between 10 and 20 facilities.

The Problem

Prior to using Appointment-Plus, administrator Judy McDonnell would accept facility reservations from coaches primarily by e-mail.
